Say Cheese

Gideon had his first professional pictures taken on Tuesday and he did so good. He wouldn't crack a smile but the photographer got some good pictures. She is a friend of ours and was willing to take Gid's pictures for us. Here is a link to her website if you want to check out some of the pictures she put up. I can't wait to get the proofs back to see them all. I, of course, think they are all amazing.

Happy Anniversary

On August 2nd Steve and I celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary. I can't believe it has been six years since we walked down the aisle and said "I Do". Steve has been such a wonderful husband, provider, best friend, comedian, comforter, supporter, hard worker, father and so many more things I can't write them all. I am so blessed to have a husband that cares for me and helps me grow in so many ways. I an so glad that God knew what he was doing when Steve and my paths crossed. I know we will have many more wonderful years together and I look forward to growing old with him. Thank you to everyone who sent warm wishes on our anniversary. Here are some pictures of the two of us in years past.

Bad Boys Whacha Gonna Do

Okay so Steve thought it would be great to spike up Gideon's hair in a mohawk to make him look like a tough guy and my mom was in on it with him. Here are some pics of the crazy haired boy.

Front view.

What a face. Try as he might he still looks cute.

Okay Mom enough with the pictures already.

Wedding Days Remembered

On July 20th it was Chuck and Linda's 45th wedding anniversary and we celebrated together at their house. God has blessed them with so many wonderful years together and their commitment to each other is inspiring. We love you both and wish you many more cherished years. Here are some pictures of the big day.

Grandpa shared his anniversary present with Gideon. (Don't worry he didn't actually eat the Reece's Peanut butter Cup. It was safe inside the wrapper.)

Play Date

A few weeks ago Gideon had his first play date with my friends son Anthony. We went to the park and the boys laid on the blanket together. It was so cute to see them together. Gideon was trying to touch Anthony's head to touch his dark hair. We had a great day!
